
Association Euni Partners, in cooperation with Regional Administration Blagoevgrad organized a local workshop on Environmental Citizenship on the topic: “Circular Economy”, within the project Inequalities Matter.
Health and education mediators of the Roma community from the south-western region participated in the event.
Mrs Miglena Bacheva, chief expert – district with administrative center – Blagoevgrad, presented the strategic goals related to environmental protection and improving the quality of life and participants proposed ideas to improve citizens’ participation and the quality of life in regard to the local context.
In the second part of the workshop, the participants were hosted in the premises of the Regional focus point for the “Development of the Social Economy”, of the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy under the Recovery and Sustainability Plan to learn more about circular economy.
