Association Euni Partners held a workshop on the topic “Become who you are” in Blagoevgrad, between 17th and 19th of July.
The participants (young people between the ages of 16 and 19) managed to discover many exciting truths about themselves, thanks to the implementation of specially selected methodologies for self-realization and self-knowledge. These include techniques from destinotherapy, the holistic CRAFT program, expressive movements and psychomotor therapy.
The results were amazing and many of the participants shared that they experienced a real journey towards themselves and are ready to continue developing in this direction and beyond.
The next workshop will be held during the fall this year.
The workshop is part of the project Become who you are, co-financed by the Erasmus+ program of the European Union.
