From the 31st of May to the 1st of June 2022 Association Euni Partners participated in the Third Transnational Project Meeting within the project SMELT: Skilling Marginalized People to Enter the Labour Market.The meeting was hosted by our partner SYNTHESIS CENTER FOR RESEARCH AND EDUCATION LIMITED and took place in Nicosia, Cyprus.
During the first day of the meeting, all partners overviewed the Status of the Project and it’s IOs and Deliverables. The meeting served as an oppurtunity to present the Easy Handbook, the modules of the project and the ways of addressing marginalized audiences/participants. The first day of the meeting finished by disscusing the dissemination efforts and progress of all partners involved within the project.
The second day of the meeting started by discussing the reports, budget and the administative work of the project. Evaluation of the project has been made alongside with the results of the workshop and a final overview. The meeting concluded a summary of the project’s status, future development and a Q&A session.
The project aims at facing the paradox of job vacancies that are available but cannot be filled, by promoting a new model for solving this workforce shortage and support vulnerable and marginalized people in acquiring and developing key competences strategical for the labour market.
