Association Euni Partners participated virtually in the first meeting within the project DAS – Digital Age Skills – Skills in Demand for the Jobs of Future. During the meeting were discussed the main points of the project, its aims and objectives. The consortium also planed the next activities and set deadlines for implementing them.
DAS project is addressing low-skilled or displaced female employees due to the current economic problems. The main aim of this project is to develop a toolkit which will serve as an instrument for these women to gain new knowledge and soft skills, in order to be able to adapt to the labour markets. In this respect, the consortium is planning to deal with this problem in three levels:
– To identify what skills employees need to gain in order to return to employment;
– To identify the approaches/ methods for teaching and gaining new skills;
– To develop a Toolkit that will include best practices and knowledge for reskilling and upskilling soft skills in order to unleash the employees’ potentials.
DAS is co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the EU, KA2: Small-scale partnerships in vocational education and training
