Association Euni Partners took part in the 2nd Transnational Partners meeting with the project SMELT: Skilling Marginalised People to Enter Labour Market.
The meeting was conducted online via the Zoom platform on the 9th and 10th of November 2021.
The first day each partner from the Consortium presented their results up to now. The main discussion was about the difficulties each partner has faced and sharing of future action plans for the implementation of the workshops.
The second day was dedicated to the creation of an Easy Handbook. For this, we will involve our participants from the workshop to co-create. A particular part from the Easy Handbook will be directed towards professionals in various fields and how they can attract employees and what are the benefits of hiring a person from a vulnerable group.
