On 12 and 13 November 2019 Association Euni Partners participated in the Kick Off Meeting of the #DAB project – Dance Against Bullying. The goal of the project is to tackle bullying behaviours among young people. For this to be done there going to be used tools of contemporary dance. The idea of the project is to integrate the good practices already existing within a new approach based on dance workshops bringing together youth workers and young people unite in the fight against bullying.

The focus of the initial meeting, held in Palermo, Italy, was on the management of the project and the planning of the future activities. The meeting started with presentation of the project, topics, aims and general activities. Every partner prepared a presentation about their tasks and responsibilities in the project. Euni Partners together with the rest of the partners participated in organized workshop and session oriented in ways of involving target groups and how dance can help to deal with bullying. During the second day the President of the Association Euni Partners presented the evaluation and monitoring plan in front of the partners.

The project, co-funded by the European Commission within the Erasmus+ Programme KA2 strategic partnership for innovation and exchange of good practices, gathers partners from five different countries:  ESSEVESSE from France; EUNI PARTNERS from Bulgaria; AICSCC from Romania; CEIPES from Italy; THE SMILE OF THE CHILD from Greece. Each of them is actively involved in the project, depending on the expertise and experience, thus ensuring the best outcomes of the project.
