Toolkit with good practices for working with women victims of violence, women at risk of marginalisation, women at risk of social exclusion. You can download the handbook for free from the link below.
The toolkit includes several methodologies aimed at trainers, social workers, therapists and other experts working with women victims of violence, women at risk of marginalization and gender discrimination, women at risk of social exclusion. The aim of the methodologies presented is to influence the empowerment levels of these women and thus help them to take a more active role in society and improve their lives in general.
The first practice aims to support women and help them identify, improve and use the skills they have already acquired, and encourage them to acquire new knowledge and skills to enter the labour market.
The second method aims to support women, on the one hand, to work through their emotions by identifying and exploring them and then expressing them using expressive movements, and on the other hand, to build a sense of trust and unity among these women, to encourage and enhance their self-esteem and confidence, empowerment, empathy and connection by placing women in different roles.
The third method uses art therapy as a means of engagement and a tool for women to improve their self-awareness while building more self-confidence and strengthening personal bonds.
These good practices are the result of three years of research conducted by the project partners and their experience with the methods. The practices that you will find in the handbook have proven to be very effective and have shown positive results in their implementation.
